inc. tropical storm.. D: (and doll rant...)

well the lovely weekend is over already.. hope everyone had a wonderful mother's day with their family and a great dinner/lunch etc whatever u did :D for ppl like me who's living alone/parents in other countries etc, hope u had a great day anyway!

weather was absolutely beautiful in hk today.. i closed my eyes and could feel the breeze, sunshine, hear the trees 'singing' as the leaves were moving and can totally imagine myself back in toronto again, with the beautiful summer weather... (sigh... homesick.. ; ;) but then.. i found out this sudden cooler breezier weather had a lot to do with an incoming tropical storm! it hit the phillipines earlier this weekend and i heard 37 ppl were injured and like many more missing :/ that's really scary.. i know it's never that strong when tropical storms hit hk, but i'm definitely not looking forward to the rainy week .. rain+ hard winds = terrible because they always choose to take down the black rain signal JUST before work hours so that I can't skip work!!

anyway.. went random shopping with lg718 today and got a fan for his flat.. finally! we don't have to open a/c 24/7 anymore~~ and i also found a store that was selling mini blythes at 30% off and with an additional 10% off if you purchase more than one! XD they even had the clover/mushroom one i wanted (soo adorable ; ;) and i got it for a much cheaper price than other places ~~ :heart: i also got this sailor one for a discount price as well.. so i'm very content ^_^
got a gift for cylyna's growing bday gift 'collection' and also a tiny gift for dondon's upcoming bday gift... need to find a certain figurine for him in mk to finish off the present tho...

my room is so so so messy now because i've been slacking off and not tidying wheni should be.. i think i'm getting waaay too many toys as well ~_~ damn.. i need to do something about it all.... half the stuff are gifts and stuffed animals and toys.. ~_~:;;;

anyway to answer people's comments towards the dolls/toys/blythes (MINI ONES XO!!!):

1. no they do not scare me
2. no their eyes arent' real so they aren't really staring at me
3. no they do not come alive in the middle of the night and try to kill me
4. no their hair does not grow longer each day
5. no they do not blink their eyes (well... if u consider the blythes....)
6. no i will not give them weapons and tell them ur address so that they'll come find u (unless u keep bugging me and telling me my dolls are freaking u out..)
7. all this stupid nonsense about chucky, chucky's bride, BARBIES .. NO THEY ARE NOT IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ANY OF THE THREE!!!!!
8. yes i spend a lot of money on them but NO that does not mean i'm rich...
9. no i do not think that spending money on dolls is stupid.. especially considering i've spent it on stupider stuff (ie. online games with characters that i used a lot of time, energy, emotion, money on) and dolls are like any other hobby.. it isn't wasting money to contribute another item to something u collect...

ok that should be it for the comments.. thanks to everyone for the NICE comments that you gave.. and i still love everyone who dislikes my dolls :P just dont' think that by saying u hate them will make me stop buying/posting their pics xD
