random fun :D

i had some fun last weekend trying out the new playstation move... it's like wii, except it detects front to back motion as well as up and down.. and also the remotes are a lot more easy to detect, unlike wii when it didn't seem to do what i wanted it to do :(

i finally took the time on the weekend and bought my first dslr :D the nikon D80~ it's been out for awhile but as the price dropped a bit and i didn't like the D40x, this was the choice i made at the end!

i love it! i've been busy every day since i got it so I was unable to play with it :( the battery needed to be charged for X number of hours so i couldn't play with it the day i got it either ~_~;; but anyway, i LOVE it. i got the lens my dear silly recommended and also has herself, the Nikon 50mm f/1.8D~ it's been raining for the past two days or else i'd run and go outside to take random pics!

hope the week gets better so that i can practice D:

on a side note, weekend was a TON of fun. LG718 came over on sunday after an exhausting XX num of hours shopping for my camera, and we tried out a bunch of new games we got for ps3, wii and xbox.

On wii, i highly recommend playing big brain academy! it's basically similar to the one on NDS except the games are a lot different when playing with a wii-mote XD we were supposed to have this gundam game but somehow it was misplaces -.-;

on PS3, i reaaaaaaally liked Ninja Gaiden Sigma! the graphics are breath-taking (as usual for PS3, and ESPECIALLY after you switch from playing wii haha) and the gameplay is a lot of fun. Bloody, but a simple-ish action rpg game :D
Minna no golf is a LOT of fun too! the characters are so cute and it's a lot of fun to play with other ppl :D I highly recommend these two totally different but both really fun games~

on xbox360, we tried the new transformers game! this is also quite fun, with great graphics and all~ as you're allowed to throw/destroy anything you like, it was a lot of fun :P (for those who haven't watched the movie, the game is based closely on the movie)

some new things :D

thanks everyone for the 'get well soon' and 'aww you're sick?! poor you" type msgs! i feel loved x3!! i went to the doctor again today and he told me my breathing system/lungs are quite weak, probably due to me having a weak immune system + bad air in HK + moving from a clean air country (canada) to a really polluted country (HK)~ he gave me a bunch of medication so hopefully i'll get better soon! but unfortunately, i gotta take antibiotics again or this stupid cough and sniffling won't go away :( but anyway love you all for the love!

i've been keeping my mind off sickness by a few things :D final fantasy xii for nds has been released! (japanese version)~ i'm contemplating whether or not to play this game and understand about 70-80% of it or waiting to get the english version... either way i'm seeing nice reviews about this game so i'm quite excited~

i got the final fantasy 20th anniversary game for psp! it's actually a remake of the first final fantasy (super super old school style rpg where u walk around all over the world and explore without having to follow a set path.. ie. no map :P) and on the psp, it looks really nice and 'updated'~ i've played it on snes, and also on game boy advance but i kinda gave up on both because it was just too.. old school and ... i guess i have no excuses except that i was spoiled by ffx and on haha... i will definitely attempt to play this game as i just finished nds' chocobo tales (i recommend this game to anyone who wants to play a ton of cute mini games and a fun, semi-addictive, easy card duel game) and dont' have anything on nds that i really want to play yet so i can bring my psp out more~ i also got the gundam seed action game awhile back and it's AMAZING! i can't believe they can make this for psp!! it's basically just the whole arcade game packed into this small hand held console, and everything about it is perfect~ although i generally am not too good this type of game (i tend to go for the gundams which are my favorite and the most powerful but also have high cost :( which means i can't die or i'll lose haha), not skill-wise but.. choice-wise haha~ a very highly recommended game for those who like gundam and have time to play psp~

it's charging right now or i'd take more pics of it, but it's the new prada LG phone that came out a few months ago first in the UK and now in HK! i've got to get used to that touch screen thing (it's a thermic touch screen which means i can't touch it with a pen, only with my dry fingers) and all but i can finally change my phone after nearly two years of using a bigger phone (even tho i love it still)!! but i'll definitely miss the 3.2mp on my old japanese phone :( 903sh~~ i hope u go to a good home~~ D:
