seeing the sunshine~ :D

it's been a week since i wrote here! i was kept super super super busy since last post, which is a good thing because it kept my mind from wandering off and thinking silly things, and it also gave me a chance to focus better on things i really need to work harder on: my work/studies!
my manager was on leave for three weeks, taken at a not too good timing time, because it's not only monthly reports, it was quarterly, annual, lots of new clients etc. and basically every single day was cramped with conference calls/meetings/presentations/reports etc. I'm tired! but i think i enjoyed it as well :D

to recap, it was a long weekend here in HK so after getting off around 7ish on thursday, i went to eat dinner and chat/drinks etc around tst area (yet again!). i had to shop for four bday gifts but gave up at the end because i couldnt' find anything haha...
on friday i went to sing k with ray and karen, both whom are perfect k partners :D (we need to do this more often!!) then met up with my sis to go shopping... for the first time in ages, i managed to go into shops and come out, unscathed, and only bought a jacket which was going for half it's normal price :D (yes, i still bought something but i didn't randomly shop like i normally would when i'm in a weird mood!)

on saturday i went out japanese class (late again..) then met up with bro and micsis at tst (yet again.. this is a common theme this weekend) and shopped with them for a bit before meeting kenny for dinner (for his bday! :D). i did the smartest thing and actually forgot his presents and the stuff i was supposed to bring for bro/micsis ~_~;; (and when my friend told me "aren't you going to miramar?" i forgot i was even going there for dinner!)

on sunday i went to cova for afternoon tea! :D i love the little biscuits and cakes and stuff there but 2 hours was soo short D: afterwards we ended up watching "Hero" (which is a spinoff of the olddd japanese drama with the same name) and then had a quick dinner at ocean terminal afterwards. the movie is good but can be watched on a dvd i think! haha..

and now it's already back to the work week! i can't believe how fast it's going ~_~;; however, i'm definitely thankful for all the sun :D

however, thanks for all your messages and such, I am feeling a ton better!! i love you all :D

and yet another random thing, a silly RPG spreadsheet 'game' from ray :D thanks bro for the laughs! haha it really brightened my day :P basically you enter two names into this spreadsheet, it calculates random stats (as in an RPG game) and you and the other name "fight". for me, the the funniest part was that it was not only very accurate in the stats (saying i suck in accuracy), but in the 'skills' used. I tried inputing a few names but the funniest is this one..i managed to 'deafeat' someone by biting him to death...

i had a really nice weekend :D it passed by too fast though and i'm sad to think that tomorrow i'll have to face work and finish up the stuff i refused to look at on friday *cry*..

i finally went to the history exhibit at tst that i wanted to go to for the longest time! i'm really happy i got the half year pass with silly as I can go to all those exhibition centers for free :D this year's exhibits were a collection from Britain of items from all over the world. My favorite part was the egypt/rome/greece side as I have a thing for stuff like that. it was so interesting to look at that it took us four hours to go around the two halls and we weren't really finished at the end! we managed to finish in time to view the amazing light show outside at tst harbourside; i have to admit that i've never seen the light show before and it really made me appreciate hong kong a lot more somehow!

i have been feeling really melancholy lately and have been going thru some confusing, emotional times. I realize how thankful i am that i have certain "people" who are looking after me and who care for me unconditionally and genuinely. i love you all! i have not really opened up about myself for the longest time, and i really apologize to all of you for not bringing it up and hiding...

i'm thankful for the time at tst harbourside, for mr. tuna staying up on msn to listen to me and letting me have a chance to open up.
