well first day of weekend is over.. i'm glad it's a long weekend because i really hate the feeling of 'oh noes! it's monday already.. >_<' that i get on sunday nights after a fantastic dinner or whatever... monday is chinese labour day so it'll be nice to have an extra day off! i finally found a seller who was willing to part with an original luts face-up juri limited edition christmas head XD!!!!!! sooo so so so so glad because i never have a chance to buy it before everyone else gets it.. there was a blank head going for 185 but i never even saw it before someone bought it.. bleh... i hope i manage to win this head at 150 becuase i know a lot of ppl want it now especially after finding out that luts will not be given this christmas as an extra gift :D so i went ahead and kept searching (daily) for nice juri heads. she'll be a beauty white colour and all ^-^ i loveee other people's juri's so much >< i didn't like the mold in the beginning but it really has grown on me and i prefer it over lishe a lot :3

i love this juri soo much! she belongs to Kurosakura on DOA and it was after seeing her that i fell in love with the Juri head mold T_T the eye shape was strange to me in the beginning but i realize that she can be so so so so beautiful with just a few changes! now to win th auction, save money for her eyes and body and for her new clothing.. sigh....

i wonder if i should make her into a blonde like this one? she's an elf head mode so i think i want to go for a more pixie like look, with fair hair etc.
maybe model her after some character ^-^ sooo gorgeous (heart)~

speaking about the owner of this doll, she has so many other beautiful dolls.. i'm absolutely in love with her sephiroth T___T her lj is here for those who would like to see her other dolls ~ i hope i can make my el into hyde as nicely as she's made her el into sephy ~

hyde's new cd was released on 26 april 2006! his third solo album to come out, it's called 'faith' and has a drawing on the front of hyde (? i think) with a wreath of thorns on his head.. as his first song on the list is called "Jesus Christ" (i'm not sure i like that tho :/), i think it's all linked to the theme. (kind of like the picture above but drawing :3)

i got the cd at lg718'shouse late last nite and after showering and stuff it was already 12:15am -___- i've been getting about a little more than 5 hrs of sleep every night but becuase i wanted to have his album on my ipod AND i wanted to be one of the first to listen to it, i started playing it on my laptop xD it was great that it was released on 26th but i got it on the 26th because the place i ordered it from get the cds the day before official release and they mail it out then too, so we all get it on time ^_^ i absolutely love that~

anyway, i was listening to the first few songs and realized that hyde's style for this cd reminds me of the old laruku style; heart/truth type style and i love it! the album was produced by someone (sorry forgot his name right now ~_~;) who had also produced some marilyn manson and nine inch nails albums; as hyde likes both marilyn manson and NIN, i can imagine he was really excited to be able to work with that producer ^-^
overall the cd is pretty good, but my favorite song is definitely the title track "faith". this song is really really 'hyde style' and i adore it! i only managed to listen to it once last nite and only to a few of those songs on the mtr ride this morning but i'll be listening to it over and over on the weekend i'm sure xD

i also got a mini poster of hyde with it ^-^ i'l take a pic of it later or something but i'm glad cuz all my hyde posters are in canada and are too big to bring back /cry he looks very girlish in the poster and very beautiful...

somehow that really made my day ^_^ considering how busy DOD is with operating their shop and also all the customer service letters they have to answer every day (i bet most of it is "OMFG where's my DOLLL!!!!1111" type letters) they took the time to answer an email from me saying thank you and with a pic of my two dolls.. T__T sooo touched~ and people were complaining that their customer service sucked.. i think it's just that they need time to answer emails and are not native english speakers so it takes them time to answer AND they may not word their emails in perfect english. Luts + DOD are soo great to work with... definitely will buy tender too and tender bee-a from them soon ~~

weekend is over ; ;

the weekend is over so fast... monday already and back at work... i was so busy all morning, i had no time to check email or do anything else. it's just been non-stop working because it's monday and everything piles up over the weekend. plus my nice boss isn't here so her misc. work is given to me instead ; ; hopefully today will be over soon.. does anyone ever get the feeling that the moment something bad/annoying happens at the start of the day the rest of the day doenst' go well at all? well i get that feeling all the time and today is definitely one of those days.. sigh... there was a black storm warning last nite (which would mean no work...) but it ended this morning and it's really 'bright' outside now ~_~ 'bright' as in not sunny but there's this weird mixture of cloud and sun making it really garish outside ~_~; and yes, humidity is at a lovely 99% atm!! yay....

i really want a copy of the piano score for hyde's 'cape of storms' T___T the version that was played in the movie 'the last quarter' was very beautiful.. so thankful that raven sent it to me <3 if anyone has any good piano score sites, please please feel free to give me the link x3

i finally got my DOT Sha from the post office! i woke up early and went with lg718 to the stupid shamshuipo post office to get him... it's 27 degrees today so i was sweating and all that (eww T_T) but i managed to get him home safely...

he's like shall's exact twin ^_^ they look really good together and after he wore his boots he was much much taller than kaya...

i decided to name him mikael after a really friendly japanese elvaan(:hearts:) who 'saved' me back in my ffxi days ^-^ (basically i kept /tell everyone around me, asking who can take me to bastok from that boat place.. (i forget..) when i was level 10.. and NO ONE would help.. until this nice japanese guy stepped up and guided me ; ; it's really annoying when u're level 50-60 and have to ward of level 10 monsters ; ;)

i know these pictures kind of suck, but i'll promise to learn better photography skills soon!!! the thing with HK, especially where i live, is that there are no good places to take pics ~_~ 1. not enough good natural lighting 2. the scenery is just blah.. maybe i'll grab kaya to take a pic in front of the paintings my sis has later... and also take her to lg718's flat to take pics in front of the sea view ^-^

I really hate the postoffice hours here.. they work AGAIN working hours ~_~ i rather they opened up from 8:30 till 5.. then at least I can go there BEFORE work and have a chance to getting packages beforehand! or at least deliver till 7pm... that way i can ensure i might have a chance at being home to receive it!!! my second doll is stuck at the post office.. YET AGAIN. as the box is huge (it's about the size of a rectangular trombone case.. bigger than a trumpet case) and although i can run there at lunch again and be back in 1 hr.. problem is, i have to carry that gigantic case everywhere with me ~_~ i SO SO SO SOOOOOOOOOO regret not changing the shipping address to my bf's house .. at least the post office is closer to his home ~_~ and not in some weird area no where near where he lives ~_~

i've finally decided with lg718 to get the package tomorrow morning instead of having it moved to the post office near his house... i asked and they said earliest i can get it is on monday... and i dont' want it that late! i want to be taking pics of my dolls on the weekend when i bring my camera along to lg718's house and all that =.=; all these lovely clothing sitting at home as well.. and with NO ONE having a sha yet, i have absolutely NO IDEA what to expect. i know camine (the similar mold) and shall (who he's modeled after; an exact 'boy version' of her) photograph well so that's all right..

ok finished ranting about that ^-^ i suddenly decided with raven yesterday to make my next doll (cp el) into a hyde doll :D the idea came to me when i started talking to her again and realized how much i really admire and like hyde. i decided on an El mold because he looks girlish (maybe becuase he's a 'twin' to lishe?) and one of the more beautiful molds out there (in my opinion ^^;;;) so he'll be perfect...and i'll be buying the dreaming set so he'll have a 'vampire' look as well ^_^ i decided to make his normal head into the short spiky hair i love, and the dreaming head into a vampirish, "Angel's Tale" long blonde style <3 here are the hyde looks i want to create for my El (black hair, angel's tale (dream head) and vampire-ish look):

the clothing is nice (and accessories :D) but the mold.. i dont' know i think it's not quite him but the cosplaying try was great anyway ;3

welcome kaya....

i opened her!!! i finally opened the box today at lg718's house after i ran to the postoffice during lunch hours (took 1 hr back and forth) and got her clothing. she's absolutey gorgeous.. she's my first doll and i find that i'm really happy with her... the time of wait is definitely worth it as all other DOT/DOC people have said before T___T i can't wait to see my sha too as he's on his way as well :D my shall took nearly 7 weeks, and my sha took six weeks... i can't wait to photograph him as well ;3

I took some really crappy pictures of her with my phone camera becuase i forgot to bring my normal camera so the pictures aren't too great (and excuse the foot that's showing T_T the pics were taken by my bf so he wasn't really paying attention to the background as much xD;; yes i know, foot pictures are very 'omfg! oh noes!' and belong in places such as eyepoison but.. i promise i'll take nicer pictures with a normal camera later xD;; so please try to focus on the doll xD;; and hey my socks matches the scarf she's wearing~ XD;)

i named her kaya because it's my name from all the onlien games/rpgs i've been playing (any name customizable ff, diablo, ro, ffxi, wow.. etc etc) and i wanted to make her 'alive' by naming my first doll after her :3

the outfit is from musedoll and ordered by lovely sienna who helped me order it from korea~ please enjoy the crappy pics for now.. the bow in her hair i know.. -.-;;; but her wig was all icky and my bf had no brush in his house for her hair... (the thought of using a used brush at a guy's house is scary...) so i used that pin that was included in her clothing to hold her bangs back.. and it looks kind of messy but :x it's my first attempt so please forgive the messiness xD

random pictures of the baby blythe and mini pullip i got ^-^ i really like the baby blythes.. so adorable! i have to admit the large ones are nice but i think i prefer baby blythes because the larger blythes have eyes that scare me sometimes >_<;; for pullip i like the mini ones as well but i think i like the big ones more for pullip ^-^ however i'll keep buying the ones i find cute as i really can't resist dolls now T_T yes the pics kind of suck i know xD;; but i wanted to take them right after i set the dolls up :3 and considering it's from my phone, i think they're not TOO bad.. at least the blurry factor isn't as horrible this time xD;; on the right is swan by pullip and on the left is marmalade baby blythe :3

I'm having so much fun today T__T i feel so guilty .. i actually finished up all my work on time (like i always do) and had a few hours of spare time to do other things~

several happy things.. i managed to talk to a friend i met a LONG time ago on a laruku forum... Raven ^-^ i missed talking to her so much because it was hard to find a hyde/laruku/gackt fan who liked them for their music AND who lived close to me. she literally lived two streets away lol.. and she went to the same uni i did etc etc. but we lost contact awhile ago but she managed to take the time to email me because she got tickets to hyde's live and instantly thought of me when she wanted to find someone to go with ; ; so touched! his live is held in LA and she managed to get tickets for july 2nd.. i seriously want to fly there for about three days and just see him live then fly back.. i'm gonna look out for tickets that are cheaper at that time and figure something out because i'm not gonna miss out on his live yet again >_< even lg718 is supporting me in going there for three days ... i won't be going to canada for sure to see my family tho becuase it's so stupid how they make tickets from hk to canada 10 times more expensive than here to the US.. =.= wtf...

anyway.. second happy thing.. DOD shipped my boy ^______^ soo happy because i didnt' even email them about it.. i was about to tell them that they should ship to lg718's address but they shipped him out before i could even do that xD;

third thing is.. it's so sunny outside today <3 so warm and all that.. and i'm sitting in a great spot in between two windows so i can enjoy it all...

fourth thing.. pilates class <3

omg.. weekend is over.... i cant believe it can be over this fast T___T what did i do with my time? well thinking back, i went to the annual toy fair on sunday and had tons of fun with that... i got a limited first anniversary baby pullip ^_^ swan lake version and for a cheap price too... then i got a shirt for my boy (who has yet to ship omg...) .. afterwards i went to ikea then went to kowloon tong festival walk where i bought some stuff... i finally got this long cardigan that i always wanted (yay) and used the 300hkd coupon at my favorite store for a skirt :D at nighttime lg718 cooked agian which was really nice ^-^ and i learnt later that night that i won two auctions for two baby blythe dolls that i wanted.. i kind of made up my mind that i'll buy the baby pullip and blythe dolls i find cute, regardless of how scary the normal sized blythes are ^_^

first day of work at new office tomorrow! i went back early today to go unpack and found that my new area is really nice and spacious.. no one sitting behind me! yay.. and also no one next to me yet... and my nice boss is actually a bit further away from me than before so i wont' feel like her eye is on my computer screen as often xD;; (even tho she's nice about whatever i do on my comp during work hours..)
it was such a beautiful day today xD sooo nice and sunny.. i took the boat with my coworker after to tst and it was amazing... i wish the weather would stay like this forever...
i shopped for a bit at harbourcity with lg718 and managed to get my nice boss a gift... hopefully she'll like it and use it >_<

anyway.. tomorrow is also my second pilates class! i look forward to these classes because it's so relaxing and comforting~ i really hope i can feel more balanced after the full course xD

always on mind: my girl is waiting at the post office /wail.. i'll be getting lg718 to help me get it tomorrow... but i wont' get to see her till wednesday at least T____T

nana movie and such...

i re-watched the nana movie again today! it was in really good quality and i enjoyed watching it even tho i've seen it before in the movie theatre. i really wish they'd come out with a special edition dvd with english subtitles for it but they only have the japanese version ; ; oh well... i guess i need to satisfy myself with having an amazing quality version of it to watch at home...

as usual i loveeee silly nana's clothing ^-^ lg718 keeps saying how much i resemble her that i'm scared sometimes >.>;; i wonder if i'm really that puppy-like as she is sometimes.. >.>;


i'm currently in love with another one of evenstar's dolls >_< this one sold for 2k+ or so but is absolutely beautiful! her lovely elf juri~ i love the mold as it's very different from the 'normal' popular molds out there and i believe it's very hard to make her look so beautiful as evenstar has done..

if i had any extra money i'd really consider buying her because it'll be impossible for me to get evenstar to do a faceup for my own doll because of her waitlist ; ;


makes me really want to buy a juri head ^^;;
